Shipping policy

We aim to ship products in a timely manner. Because these are hand-made items with only the silver artist as the business director and owner, we ask that you be as patient as possible when awaiting shipment of your item. All shipments will be made using tracking services where available (e.g. within the UK) and tracking information will be shared with customers when orders ship.
